Will it fit my iPad?
Pick your model on the product page and the case is cut for it. Not sure which one you have? Open Settings, tap General, then About. The first line is the model name.
When will it arrive?
Orders leave within one business day and arrive in 7 to 12 days, tracked. You get the tracking link by email the moment it ships.
What if I do not like it?
Send it back within 45 days. We email you a prepaid return label and the refund goes to your card within 5 business days of it reaching us.
Does the keyboard need charging?
Yes, over USB-C. A full charge lasts weeks of normal use with the backlight off, about a week with it on.
Is there a warranty?
Two years on the keyboard, the hinge and the battery. If something stops working we replace it.
